Position Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Associates to participate in our daily warehouse operations and fulfillment activities in our new Las Vegas, NV facility. The Warehouse Associate's responsibilities include inbounding, storing and handling product during the fulfillment process ensuring our customers receive the correct products as quickly as possible.

Role Mission

The mission of the Warehouse Associate is to increase the efficiency of the Warehouse, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate are:

• Receiving & Shipping, unpacking, arranging, storing, and dispatching warehouse goods
• Checking goods for damage, wear, or missing items and reporting faults and discrepancies to relevant departments
• Operating mechanical equipment, vehicles, and tools for loading and unloading goods
• Preparing and verifying shipping documents and labels
• Picking and packing items for orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Managing, organizing, and retrieving stocks from the warehouse
• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work the environment including the warehouse, office, loading dock and shared spaces
• Counting and confirming inventory
• Marking and labeling stock
• Storing inventory in an accessible manner
• Loading and wrapping stock on pallets
• Building loads with forklift and electric pallet jacks
• Assisting in kitting and repackaging projects

• Knowledge of operating a forklift is a bonus
• Familiarity with warehouse terminology
• Experience working within a warehouse environment

• Flexibility for peak season - over time may be be required and weekends may be needed

Compensation

The compensation will be hourly at $21 per hour.

Hours

This position is 40 hours per week with the potential of over time during peak selling periods. Warehouse Associates will need to be available for Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm PST for this role.
