Job Description

Carry bus tubs to kitchen. Sweep floors. Prepare written requisitions and orders kitchen stock. Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons, such as napkins, flatware, and condiments

* Carry bus tubs (approximately 40 pounds maximum weight).

* Sweep floors, push cart through restaurant.

* Prepare written requisitions and orders kitchen stock.

* Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons; i.e., napkins, silverware, condiments.

Qualifications

* Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

* Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.

* Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
