About The Role
As an Outbound Vacation Sales Representative, you will sell mini-vacation packages to our members and guests who are eager to travel once again. With our innovative contact system offers you will have the chance to connect to a new guest approximately every 90 seconds while you are on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Sells mini-vacation packages for various property locations while adhering to the corporate Telemarketing rules.
Provide appropriate and accurate information about Hilton Grand Vacations, HGVC resorts, off-site accommodations, promotions, and premiums.
Build interest and excitement about the HGVC mini-vacation package for the prospects.
Treat every potential customer with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

Job details
You will work in an hourly base plus commission environment and receive excellent training to help you build your skills and meet your sales goals. (Our top performers after one year of employment can average $85,000+ per year by working an average of 33 hours per week.)
Training Schedule: Paid training is provided for 3 weeks and is from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Schedule: Full Time – Our Outbound Vacation Sales Department operates 2 morning shifts between Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and the other 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays as needed depending on business needs and Sundays off.

At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience. Tele-sales experience preferred
Strong typing skills and computer proficiency

An engaging, outgoing personality and passion to help others make the dream of vacation ownership possible
High school diploma or equivalent experience
