Transporting, scheduling, and attending medical appointments with the individual. Transporting to and from activities as needed. Completing monthly paperwork. All adults in the home must pass a Criminal Background Check. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have experience providing support to individual(s) with disabilities. Meet home/apartment safety and health requirements. Complete pre-service training requirements. Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Have good judgment. Have a positive attitude. Ideal Qualifications:Has experience working with people with disabilities.
