Salary

$16 - $20 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Basic understanding of plant biology and cultivation practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in cannabis cultivation.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the cultivation area.

Desired Skills

- Previous experience in a cultivation or agricultural role, preferably in a regulated cannabis environment.
- Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) and plant nutrition.
- Familiarity with hydroponic or soil-based growing systems.
- Certification or coursework in horticulture, botany, or a related field.
- Experience with data entry and inventory management systems related to cultivation.
