AS A MEMBER OF THE COOKIE CREW? - Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure - Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy - Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone - Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream - Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out - Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages - Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role - preferred - Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor - Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations - Great communication, organizational and math skills - Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product - Must be 18 years or older to be employed - Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays - Legally ...Cookie, Cook, Crew, Customer Service, Restaurant
