Bottle Paker/Inspector

Job Description:

Inspect bottles for defects, such as chips, cracks, and contamination.
Check the labeling of bottles, ensuring that the right labels are being used on the right bottles.
Ensure a high-quality bottle by visually inspecting bottles for defects, in accordance with plant quality improvement procedures.
Package bottle according to customer's specifications.
Make cartons for the packaging of the finished bottles or assist other co-workers in the making of cartons. Ensure that glue or tape is applied properly to the cartons.
Housekeeping requirements in accordance with Third Party regulations.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time.
• Food Safety Regulations knowledge.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work the schedule full time.

Starting Pay: $16.25 an hour
Work Schedule:
Monday To Friday: 3rd shift = 10:55p.m. to 7:06a.m.
