We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee various high-profile K-12 and public infrastructure projects.

Position Overview


As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex construction projects from conception through completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. Your leadership, experience, and expertise will drive the successful execution of projects within the K-12 education and public works sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage K-12 and public works construction projects from design through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects of project planning, including procurement, permits, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and mitigating risks or issues that may affect project timelines or budgets.
  • Provide regular project status updates to clients and executive leadership.
  • Direct and mentor junior project managers and team members.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Review and approve project-related invoices, change orders, and contracts.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on K-12 education or public works projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • PMP certification (preferred) or equivalent industry certification.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and permit processes in Nevada.
