Purpose

Establishes, implements, and directs install operation strategies across the enterprise. Collaborates with regional and location leadership to support best practices and develop SOPs for BFS Installed Operations. Candidate must reside within 1 hour of a major airport and be willing to travel up to 75% to our West Division facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and establish operational efficiencies for installed services to meet market goals and maximize working capital. Oversee implementation of strategies across the division.
• Manage divisional install operations to increase sales and profitability, including establishing competitive pricing practices.
• Control costs related to installation centers by analyzing and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Improve product quality through oversight and implementation of quality improvements.
• Ensure proper inventory management aligned with market goals.
• Serve as a liaison between operations and corporate/regional offices to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Observe safety procedures to prevent injuries; attend safety meetings and recommend safety improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of experience managing install operations or supporting multiple operations regionally or nationally, or equivalent education and experience. Experience with lean processing techniques and knowledge of construction and building materials industry. Preferred experience in field operations, such as a superintendent or project manager in home building.

Competencies

• Ability to interpret business, safety, governmental, and technical information.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
