Job Title: Director of Operations

Crescent Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced Director of Operations for a new dual-branded hotel: AC Hotel by Marriott Symphony Park and Element by Westin Symphony Park in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurants, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations across rooms and food & beverage departments, contributing to the growth and development of our leadership team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing operational and financial aspects of the property.
  2. Maintaining brand standards across all departments.
  3. Ensuring team members meet brand requirements.
  4. Overseeing all property departments.
  5. Promoting fair treatment and open communication.
  6. Managing key control, licenses, permits, and safety compliance.
  7. Handling finance and accounting functions.
  8. Reviewing financial and performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Supporting departmental team development.
  10. Leading by example with confidence and enthusiasm.
  11. Managing staffing levels and scheduling.
  12. Setting performance expectations and coaching managers.
  13. Providing excellent guest service and handling guest concerns proactively.
  14. Understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of hotel leadership experience, including Rooms Division.
  • Previous Marriott experience preferred.
  • Local to the area.
  • Passion for creating genuine customer experiences and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
  • Friendly disposition and passion for hospitality.
