A General Manager is a leader who can build and develop a team of top performers through training, clear communication, and recognition. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, management, P&L oversight, and ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, safety, cleanliness, and profitability. The GM also communicates with leadership and promotes company culture and values.

Are you Qualified?

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • Current Health Card as per local/state requirements.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Pass Criminal Background Check including MVR.
  • Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
  • Expected 50-hour work week.
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
