Crescent Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced Director of Operations for a new dual-branded hotel, AC Hotel by Marriott Symphony Park and Element by Westin Symphony Park, in Las Vegas. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations in rooms and food & beverage departments, fostering growth and development of our leaders.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing operational and financial aspects of the property
  • Ensuring brand standards are maintained
  • Overseeing all property departments
  • Promoting fair treatment and open communication
  • Maintaining licenses and permits
  • Providing a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA/MSDS
  • Handling finance and accounting functions
  • Reviewing financial and performance reports
  • Supporting team development and leadership
  • Enhancing guest experience through professional service and proactive problem-solving

What is required?

  • Minimum 5 years of hotel leadership experience, with Rooms Division expertise
  • Previous Marriott experience preferred
  • Local to the area
  • A passion for creating genuine customer experiences and achieving revenue goals
  • Strong communication and team spirit
  • Problem-solving skills and a friendly disposition
