We have been providing our southern Nevada customers with an alternative source of premium beverages and stellar service since 2001. Our portfolio of wines, spirits, and craft beers is available in fine restaurants, casino resorts, and leading retailers throughout the Las Vegas valley.

The Sales Consultant position services retail stores. Responsibilities include managing an established sales territory through selling, servicing, merchandising, administration, and ensuring accounts receivable are up-to-date.

Territory Management:

• Ensure consistent customer contact
• Plan and execute sales initiatives effectively
• Handle customer issues promptly and professionally

Selling:

• Understand products and pricing schedules thoroughly
• Achieve sales goals and grow business
• Identify and develop new accounts
• Utilize POS systems to support sales efforts
• Focus on merchandising, including display placement and standards
• Make effective sales calls following proper procedures
• Conduct inventory checks and communicate clearly to minimize errors
• Rotate products properly on shelves and displays

Administration:

• Follow company policies and procedures
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely

Position Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or related industry experience
• Route sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-oriented and goal-driven
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record
• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation support)
