American Furniture Rental (AFR) is seeking a Warehouse Manager at our Henderson, NV location.

Requirements: Prior warehouse management experience; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Event Management.

Salary: DOE $75,000-90,000 per year plus benefits. Must be able to work some weekends.

General Description

The Warehouse Manager plans and directs warehouse activities, delegates duties, fosters teamwork, and promotes AFR culture.

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate weekly operations and sales calls via Teams.
2. Oversee order picking, preparation, shipment, and transfers.
3. Support delivery teams during transactions.
4. Inspect inbound and outbound orders.
5. Train and monitor delivery teams and pickers.
6. Handle calls from delivery teams.
7. Coordinate with Branch Managers on truck routing.
8. Inspect product quality and approve items for racks.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Event Management.

Languages: English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Certifications: Forklift license certified by AFR.

Physical and Mental Qualifications

• Ability to perform complex tasks, rational thinking, and calculations.
• High physical activity in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 75 pounds, climb stairs, bend, crouch, and stay active for extended periods.
