A General Manager is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team through training, clear communication, and recognition. They oversee recruiting, training, P&L management, and overall restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, food quality, safety, cleanliness, and profitability. They also serve as a communication link within the leadership team and promote the company's culture and values.

Are you qualified?

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• At least two years of restaurant experience with leadership roles on all shifts.
• Ability to read, speak, understand, and write in English.
• Current Health Card as per state/local requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass Criminal Background Check, including MVR.
• Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Expected 50-hour work week.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
