Position Overview

Galaxy Gaming is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to join our team at our Las Vegas headquarters. As the world's largest provider of proprietary table games, we offer an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to start a career in the gaming industry.

In this cross-functional role, you will help manage the lifecycle of both new and existing table games, support product documentation, collaborate with Marketing and Compliance, and serve as a key internal point of contact. This hands-on position offers broad exposure, on-the-job learning, and a clear path for growth in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing new and existing table games products throughout their lifecycle
• Creating new product documentation while ensuring existing documents are up-to-date and accurate
• Creating jurisdictionally specific submission material for new products and modifications in collaboration with Compliance
• Assisting the Marketing department with collateral copy and content
• The initial point of contact for most internal requests
• Responsible for routing respective communication and action items through proper channels
• Maintaining a repository of inventor submissions and providing process-based communication through phone and/or email
• Tracking and updating current and upcoming projects, tasks, and requests using our CRM and documentation repository
• Creating presentations and Sales training materials, highlighting and communicating key product features in preparation for product launches
• Creating impromptu/unique math-related sales enablement documents
• Understanding all aspects of the product roadmap
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications

• Must exhibit great focus and attention to detail in all projects within a dynamic environment
• Must have the ability to multitask and handle multiple routines and impromptu projects simultaneously
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Exhibit the desire to learn about the table games industry
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Ability to be licensed in approved gaming jurisdictions, as needed

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and/or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field
• At least 1-2 years of project management or administrative experience
• Experience in table games is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
• Must occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery, etc.
• Constantly use hands/fingers to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, etc.
• Must be able to articulate concepts and ideas in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
