A Master Control Operator is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of on-air content. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control on-air broadcasts to ensure technical quality, accuracy, and adherence to program schedules. Operate and maintain broadcast equipment, including servers, automation systems, routers, and switchers. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on broadcast equipment and systems. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between programs and timely resolution of any technical issues. Record, log, and report any technical issues or errors during broadcasts. Ensure compliance with FCC regulations and company policies. Participate in training and development programs to maintain technical skills and knowledge of industry trends.
