Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control on-air broadcasts to ensure technical quality, accuracy, and adherence to program schedules. Operate and maintain broadcast equipment, including servers, automation systems, routers, and switchers. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on broadcast equipment and systems. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between programs and timely resolution of any technical issues.
