Patient Service Representative Healthcare Call Center

Serve as the first point of contact for patients in a fast-paced call center. Handle 7075 inbound calls daily, assisting with scheduling, billing, and care coordination. Document in EMR and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year recent call center experience
  • 6+ months healthcare/medical experience
  • Strong communication & Microsoft Office skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in hospital/medical office
  • Problem-solving & multitasking in high-volume environments
  • Professional phone etiquette

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
