The Donation Ambassador acts as an attendant to all donors while collecting, sorting, and storing donations at their designated location until such time they are picked up and brought to their intended destination. Responsibilities Provides a high level of excellent customer service, promptly greets donors at their vehicles, is courteous and appreciative to all donors, and assists donors by carrying their donations from their vehicle to their assigned trailers. Ensures the quality and cleanliness of the ADC site. Protects all donations by handling them with the outmost care ensuring their safe storage and sorting them into the proper departments. Ensures Donation Center opens on time, and that it stays open until the official time to close. Declines donations from Donors in a diplomatic and professional manner per agency donation guidelines.
