Sterile Processing Technician

The posted compensation range of $27.96 - $27.96 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Surgical Services Department and the Sterile Processing Supervisor, the Technician must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to carry out the sterilization process utilizing steam and ETO.

This position is represented by SEIU, Local 1107 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Minimum: Two (2) years' experience or training in Sterile Processing. High school graduate or equivalent.

Preferred: CT SPT= Cert Sterilization Tech
