THIS IS A TEMPORARY FULL-TIME (SPRING/SUMMER/FALL) POSITION WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR REGULAR FULL-TIME PLACEMENT.

Summary:

We are seeking curious, energetic, enthusiastic people to help us maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the busy summer months. Johnstone Supply Warehouse Associates are responsible for documenting merchandise condition, stocking, picking and filling orders, delivering products to customers, and other general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for maintaining materials in good order and condition during handling, shipping, receiving and storage.
• Recording and picking orders as needed
• Stocking products
• Driving routes to deliver orders to customers

Required Education/ Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old for driving duties with a clean 3-year driving history
• Must have open availability from 4:00am to 6:00pm Monday - Friday, over time when needed, and rotating weekends.

Qualifications:

• Accuracy and strict attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a stressful and fast paced environment
• Ability to use computer systems and manual procedures for organizing and identifying products and communicating with coworkers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift, carry, and load up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the day; climb and balance on ladders and equipment; walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; and reach, push, pull and manipulate. The employee is also frequently required to lift in excess of 100 pounds with mechanical assistance or the assistance of coworkers. Working days can be from 4-12 hours per day depending on the workload.
