Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Caregiver to service clients in and around Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, and Boulder area. The hours will vary depending on your availability and client needs. All shifts are 4-12 hours long. We do not have 2 hour shifts. Shifts are not guaranteed. This is not a full-time position. The hours will vary. You must be able to pass a drug test.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Mobility Support: Aid with transfers and mobility to ensure client safety.

• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.

• Light Housekeeping: Perform tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment.

• Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful conversations to reduce feelings of isolation.

• Medication Assistance: Help clients manage their medications by reminding them of schedules and ensuring proper intake.

• Transportation: Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social outings when necessary.

• Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.

Key Tasks:

• Accept shifts that are assigned to you on our app specialized for caregivers
• Assist the client by driving them when needed (if you are a driver)
• Transport yourself to assigned shifts by car, bus, lyft, etc.
• Enter caregiver notes for shifts on the app
• Clock in and clock out using our app for every shift on time
• Keep your credentials up to date and send them over email or text to keep your profile up to date
• Collaborate with facility staff, client families, and other caregivers who work with the same client to ensure the client is being cared for

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• CPR and PCA certification
• 2 step TB Test or Chest X-ray
• Physical
• Social Security Card
• Fingerprint Clearance/Background Check
• Valid driver's license
• Car Insurance & 3 year Driving History (if you are driver)
• Compassionate and patient attitude
