Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role as General Manager to join our team. This is a great position for someone who loves sales and is passionate helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. This role involves spending time working at a designated club to improve sales, overall processes and develop and lead a team of leaders to do the same. Candidates must have great people skills, willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results. An ideal candidate must have a passion for fitness, demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results and motivating clients.
Base pay
Base pay range: $58,656.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experience and hits business objectives.
- Lead and develop club staff; improve sales and processes.
- Ensure club cleanliness and safety; train CPR and AED as needed.
- Oversee overall operations of the club.
- Membership sales (club and individual – including services, products, programs).
- Manage payroll budget and employee training, coaching, success, and problem resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, clean, and helpful environment.
- Manage fitness sales pipeline and safety of employees and members.

- Comfortable with a computer/technology; able to quickly shift focus.
Other requirements
- Must successfully pass a Background Check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
