Duties include: * Coordinating office workflows and team schedules * Ensuring compliance with Nevada regulations (NAC/NRS 449) * Answering calls and assisting clients and family members with care inquiries and ongoing support * Ensuring a positive, compassionate experience for everyone who contacts or visits our office * Supporting caregiver hiring and onboarding * Overseeing client service plans and care coordination * Maintaining accurate records and handling basic accounting tasks * Supporting our team with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail What We're Looking For * Prior experience in anoffice managementor administrative role (healthcare/home care preferred) * Organized, compassionate, and able to multitask with grace * Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills * Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, basic databases) * Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED * Willingness to complete background check, TB testing, and communicable disease clearance Bonus if you have: * Knowledge of Nevada home care regulations (NAC 449 / NRS 449) * CPR/First Aid certification or experience in a care environment About Always Best Care – Henderson We're a locally owned franchise committed to combining national strength with personalized, compassionate local service.
