Job Details

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Referral Coordinator to support seamless care transitions. In this role, you will:

• Verify insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorizations, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments within our facility and with external specialists.
• Serve as the main referral contact for patients, guiding them through the process and ensuring strong communication.
• Collaborate with providers to transfer records, maintain accurate documentation in EPIC, and support timely follow-up care.
• Monitor and track referrals, scrub charts, and ensure billing accuracy.

Tools: EPIC, Microsoft O365

Must-Have Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, attention to detail, team collaboration, and strong spelling/grammar.

Shift: Onsite in Las Vegas, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
