We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role requires strong electrical experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair electrical systems, PLCs, and control circuits.
* Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, including conveyors, motors, and automated systems.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues under tight deadlines.
* Collaborate with production teams to maintain operational efficiency.
* Document repairs and adhere to safety standards.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong electrical skills, including wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and PLC knowledge.
* Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
* Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends as needed.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Technical certification or equivalent experience preferred.
