A Chiller Technician is a skilled professional responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial chiller systems and associated equipment. A Chiller Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings, combining strong technical skills, compliance adherence, and effective communication to deliver exceptional service.
Minimum Requirements
or Experience: minimum of 3-5 years as an HVAC technician with a focus on chiller systems, including hands-on experience with WSHP, pumps, RTUs, and SWUDs, and experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Some positions require expertise in rebuilding centrifugal and/or screw chillers.
Required: The ability to effectively communicate in the English language. This includes the ability to understand the spoken and written word as well as speak in English.
