The Superintendent displays the ability to manage general contracting projects and is responsible for all field operations associated with a project including the promotion of site safety. In coordination with the Project Manager, a Superintendent must maintain effective communication with the Project Executive, General Superintendents, and the Project Team on all construction matters that relate to project success. This includes planning, coordinating, sequencing work, procurement of long lead materials, and supervision of subcontractors/vendors in the overall endeavor to ensure that work is complete on time and within budget while adhering to the quality standards of MB Contractors.
