The Concessions Manager at Allegiant Stadium is responsible for the overall management and operation of assigned concessions stands and areas. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of managing high-volume food and beverage operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Concessions Manager will oversee a team of supervisors, cashiers, cooks, and support staff, ensuring efficient and profitable operations in a busy NFL stadium. This role pays an annual salary of $60,000 to $75,000 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).
