Job Details

As a Chaplain You will: Conduct and ensure timely spiritual assessments for patients and families Participate in developing individualized care plans to address spiritual needs Provides direct spiritual support to patients, families, and caregivers Serves as a liaison to community chaplains and spiritual counselors Maintains accurate documentation of spiritual services and communications Attends interdisciplinary meetings and contributes to care planning Offers education and spiritual care guidance to the care team Recruits and supports community chaplains, spiritual counselors, and volunteers Coordinates and leads memorial or funeral services as requested Organizes periodic memorials for staff, volunteers, and community partners Assists in supervising spiritual care volunteers Qualifications Graduate of an accredited theology or chaplaincy program (BD, M - Div or equivalent theological degree) Experience working with death and dying, hospice experience preferred Comfort in an interfai...Chaplain, Hospice, Healthcare
