As a Security Dispatcher, you will serve as the communication hub for our field operations-coordinating officers, responding to incidents, and ensuring client and public safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between field security officers, supervisors, and management.
• Receive and respond promptly to radio, phone, and electronic communications.
• Dispatch officers to incidents, alarms, and requests for service.
• Maintain accurate, detailed logs of calls, incidents, and officer activities.
• Support emergency response coordination, ensuring clear communication with law enforcement, fire, or medical personnel as needed.
• Assist with scheduling adjustments, call-offs, and relaying shift instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.

• Previous dispatching, security, or law enforcement communications experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers, two-way radios, and multi-line phone systems.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to pass background check.

• Shifts: Day/Swing/Overnight
• Compensation: $18.00
