**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Overnight Stock Associate to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our store remains well-organized, clean, and fully stocked with the required products. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the smooth running of the store environment overnight, ensuring customers can easily find what they need during the day.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Unload, organize, and stock deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom.
- Replenish store shelves and ensure all products are correctly labeled.
- Manage inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective stocking strategies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling products.
- Perform routine audits and assist with inventory checks as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working overnight hours.
