Day to Day Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Secure entrances and exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or the scene of an incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers, signage, and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within six months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation skills a plus.
• Must be able to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in the company's pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Nevada guard card required.
• Nevada driver's license required.
• Personal vehicle required.
• Open availability greatly desired; must be able to work two of three shifts.
• Minimum one year of security experience (corporate, retail, or event security preferred).
