Your Impact:
You will be at the center of our logistics and shipping operations, ensuring materials, products, and information flow seamlessly between departments. What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate day-to-day shipping operations with Warehouse and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Verify received materials and direct them to appropriate departments or storage areas.
- Prepare outgoing shipments using cost-effective courier services while maintaining accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead quarterly inventory cycle counts and help identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the implementation and upkeep of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Participate in daily production meetings to share logistics updates and improvement ideas.
- Partner with managers to drive continuous improvement projects in freight, shipping, and inventory processes.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Working knowledge of inventory systems or WMS is a plus.
