Job Title: Customer Service Representative II
Job Location: Las Vegas, NV
Duration: 3 Month Contract - Possible Temp To Perm
Work Mode: 100% onsite in Vegas
Shift: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
Pay: $20/hr, W2

Job Responsibilities:

• Process VO/RA mail and SOPs
• Manage client support
• Client support via phone/chat/email
• Process client VO mail daily
• Process RA mail daily
• Process SOPs when received (9am - 3pm)
• Manage and add office supplies to carts for approval weekly
• Provide backup support to team as needed

Requirements:

• Dependable transportation
• Valid DL, insurance, and registration
• Cell phone for contact method and app logins
• Cash handling for money orders and postage
• Opening/closing office with office key & alarm code
• Weekly mail drops at US Government Client
• Monthly forms/report drops at specific US Government Client location
• State filing experience is a plus but not required
