THE JOB:
As an Assistant Butler, you will provide exceptional service to guests by assisting Butlers in delivering timely and complete services, supporting personal butler, valet and amenity services. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean working area, anticipating guests' needs, and adhering to service standards.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.5012 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist Butlers in serving meals, snacks, and beverages, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Remain available during your shift to respond to guest needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including the Butlers' pantry.
• Report safety hazards and assist in corrective actions.
• Support team efforts in anticipating guest needs and providing proactive service.

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in food services within luxury environments required
• Knowledgeable in food, beverage, and personal valet services.
• Must be willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills in Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
