As a Room Attendant, your main job is to clean and prepare 13 guest rooms per shift. You'll make sure each room is spotless, well-stocked, and ready to provide a comfortable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare 13 rooms daily within the scheduled shift
- Make beds and change linens
- Clean bathrooms: sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors
- Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop floors
- Dust and wipe down all furniture and surfaces
- Restock supplies (toiletries, towels, tissue, soap, etc.)
- Check that all room items work (TV, lights, AC, phone, clock, etc.)
- Empty trash and clean ashtrays
- Respond to guest requests and report issues to a supervisor
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with guests and team members
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Team player who can also work independently
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred - no experience needed, we will train you!
