Guest Room Attendant | Housekeeping - No Experience Required

Description:

As a Room Attendant, your main job is to clean and prepare 13 guest rooms per shift. You'll make sure each room is spotless, well-stocked, and ready to provide a comfortable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare 13 rooms daily within the scheduled shift
  • Make beds and change linens
  • Clean bathrooms: sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop floors
  • Dust and wipe down all furniture and surfaces
  • Restock supplies (toiletries, towels, tissue, soap, etc.)
  • Check that all room items work (TV, lights, AC, phone, clock, etc.)
  • Empty trash and clean ashtrays
  • Respond to guest requests and report issues to a supervisor
  • Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with guests and team members

What We're Looking For:
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or GED preferred - no experience needed, we will train you!
