Job Details

We are searching for an Assembler to provide onsite support for a manufacturer. This position is responsible for assembling, disassembling, modifying, and repairing machines and component parts. The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards while working independently and collaboratively in a production environment. This position is contract-to-hire.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble machines and components using hand and power tools.
• Follow verbal and written instructions, blueprints, and schematics to position and assemble parts.
• Perform modifications and repairs on machines and assemblies as directed.
• Conduct basic testing of components to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including setup and takedown.
• Meet productivity and quality standards on the production line.
• Assist with loading and unloading machines for transport.
• Comply with OSHA safety regulations and company health and safety policies.
• Report hazardous conditions and job-related injuries or illnesses promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company products and information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.
• Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and ability to follow schematics and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions from leads and supervisors.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and assemble heavy components as needed.
• Willingness to comply with safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Flexibility to perform various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.
