Our client's well-established financial services firm specializing in custodial and trust solutions, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Customer Service Representative to work in their Las Vegas office.

Customer Service Representative Minimum Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in financial services (banking, mortgage, title, or trust preferred)
• Background in customer support or client-facing account management
• Working knowledge of deposits, withdrawals, transfers, fees, and investment or banking transactions
• Familiarity with IRA/401(k) accounts and retirement account processes
• Experience with real estaterelated transactions (e.g., loans, deeds of trust, title work)
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in processing customer requests
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and general computer systems
• Ability to handle high-volume communication via phone, email, and fax
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Able to meet required schedule (start between 78 AM PT; end between 35 PM PT)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
