Job Overview

As a Customer Service Lot Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities include assisting customers with loading their vehicles, maintaining the entrance area, and ensuring a sufficient supply of shopping carts are available near the store entrance. You will be the first and last point of contact for many shoppers, making excellent customer service skills essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with loading items into their vehicles.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization at the store entrance.
• Ensure that shopping carts are readily available for customers.
• Engage with customers and provide prompt assistance as needed.

This position requires a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills, as you will interact frequently with both customers and fellow Home Depot associates.
