From cultural offerings and concerts to festivals.**Responsibilities****JOB SUMMARY** **:**This position is responsible for ensuring all baskets and pallets used during the production process are cleaned, sanitized, and in proper condition, in accordance with food handling requirements.Starting Pay $16.00/hr**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**1. Operates the basket washing conveyor equipment in a safe and efficient manner.2. Starts and stops basket washing equipment as demanded by dirty basket quantities.3. Cleans and sanitizes blue pallets and ensures adequate supply for basket stacking on cook line.4. Identifies and removes damaged baskets and pallets from production.5. Notifies maintenance if basket washing equipment is not functioning properly.6. Manually cleans and sanitizes baskets if conveyor system is down.7. Conducts pre-op and post-production inspections of basket washing equipment and records information ondaily inspections sheets. Reports any issues found to the maintenance department.8. Visual monitoring of the chemical levels to ensure the continuous flow of sanitizers during production process.Notifies warehouse personnel when change of drums is required.9. Titrates chemicals in accordance with sanitizing procedures. Documents findings on daily chemicalconcentration log.10. Performs general housekeeping of basket washing area. Ensures door-foamers in basket washing area arekept filled and floors are kept sanitized.11. Effectively communicates relevant information to fellow employees on the shift.12. Utilizing chemical sanitizers for potato waste on floor and equipment and maintaining good housekeepingthroughout the department per the daily checklist.13. Adhere to safe work practices, all safety policies, and procedures, follow GMP's, maintain sanitary conditionsand ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that mayadversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.14. Perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications****JOB QUALIFICATIONS:****EDUCATION** :High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.**LANGUAGE SKILLS:**Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simplecorrespondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:**Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's..**REASONING ABILITY:**Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
