Job Description

• Retrieve food items from warehouse and storeroom areas according to written requisitions.
• Ensure food meets quality standards and verifies all requisitioned items are delivered.
• Deliver and store food in kitchen area; ensure food is properly rotated and kept neat in a well organized manner.
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Retrieve Bar Items from Satellite Room and deliver to Bars
• Stock bars on an ongoing basis during evert Alcohol & Mixers
• Supply Ice to Bartenders
• Supply drink cups and other supplies
• Be able to change a Keg or willingness to learn
• Be able to lift 50Lbs

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shift.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
