Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Support

• Welcome and onboard all new clients with exceptional service
• Follow up on document signatures and carrier requirements
• Request reviews and referrals
• Cross-sell missing personal lines coverage
• Maintain accurate household and contact information

Renewal Management

• Review all upcoming renewals for rating comparisons
• Communicate proactively with clients prior to renewal
• Manage renewal payments to avoid lapses
• Re-shop renewals when needed
• Schedule in?office FFR (Full Financial Review) appointments

Client Retention

• Proactively contact clients in danger of cancellation
• Follow up on cancelled accounts eligible for reinstatement
• Complete daily call sheets
• Identify opportunities to cross?sell additional lines of business

Requirements

• Bilingual: English & Spanish required
• Nevada Property, Casualty, Life, and Health License required
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting
• Strong communication and relationship?building skills
• Detail?oriented and dependable
• Comfortable making outbound calls
