Responsibilities include:/pulliMaintains and updates inventory records/liliCreates efficient and accurate inventory management procedures/liliPerforms all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures/liliReconciles inventories to book records and make adjustments when necessary/liliCoordinates the annual physical inventory procedures/liliRecommends programs to improve the management of inventory/liliPlans and implements a recoup program to ensure all damaged/defective product is accounted for and properly handled by either dumping, salvaging or returning to stock/liliMaintains records to accurately track recouped product and return saleable product to stock/liliSupervises the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reporting/liliConduct search to locate products within the system, as necessary/liliAdjust records when there are discrepancies between actual product and records/liliEnsures corrective measures to prevent discrepancies/liliDevelops a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location/liliProcesses documentation to generate a prompt credit transaction/liliPerforms weekly cycle counts and adjusts systems as necessary/liliDevelops a program to maintain tight security over the inventory/liliMaintains accurate inventory records to help facilities shortage detection/liliMaintains confidentiality of inventory records to authorized personnel/liliDevelop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts including records of all audits, counts and adjustments/liliComplete and issue all necessary records and reports including filing invoices and maintaining customer records in a timely and accurate fashion/liliCommunicates and coordinates with customers regarding timing of physical inventories/liliCoordinates with Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Warehouse Supervisors to establish cut-off dates/liliPerforms duties as instructed by management/li/ulpSchedule: weekends/ppQualifications include:/pulliHigh School diploma or GED required/liliAt least 1 year experience in similar position/liliComputer applications experience using MS Office/liliExcellent oral and written communications skills/liliExcellent analytical and mathematical skills/liliExcellent customer service skills/liliMust be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations./liliMust be able to stand/walk for long periods of time/liliMust have no issues with heights./liliLift and move totes up to 50 pounds./liliRegular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head./liliAbility and availability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends holidays as needed by the customer./li/ulpWe are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $18.00/HOUR.
