Office Clerk Role

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking to start your professional career in a supportive and fast-paced environment? Unicity is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Office Clerk to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with basic computer skills who is eager to learn and grow within a leading company.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize physical and electronic files.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scanning, copying, and faxing.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills are required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
