Job Details

We are searching for an Inventory Control Specialist for a two-to-three-month project. This position is contract / project-based but may have an opportunity to convert to a permanent position. The pay range is $20 - $21 per hour and is onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Scan delivery receipts and ensure timely submission to accounting.
• Review delivery receipts and compare against purchase orders (POs) / sales orders (SOs) and vendor invoices.
• Download and review SOs and verify completeness and accuracy against delivery receipts.
• Support procurement with inventory-related tasks, including organization and documentation.
• Collaborate with accounting to support inventory compliance, controls, and accounting requirements.
• Audit inventory and make adjustments as needed for unit cost, etc.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with inventory, receiving, and accounting support.
• Expected to work independently with limited supervision.
