Job Details

Process servers are needed in an assortment of tasks such as filing court papers, serving legal documents and document retrieval. Their principal job is to deliver or "serve" legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case. You are serving documents on behalf of the courts.

Must live in *Nevada*

Experience in process of service, law enforcement, security, or private investigation is a plus but not required.

*Must have a reliable vehicle - this position requires you to drive within county.*

Responsibilities and Duties

• Review performance reports
• Serve court processes and orders
• Accept civil documents to be served from Server Liaison
• Use provided information about persons to be served and deliver document
• Data entry required information of document served
• Set and maintain schedule for serves
• Sign and scan in all affidavits
• conduct weekly audits
