Unifi is currently hiring for a recruiter - responsible for pre-qualifying, candidate screening, interviewing, processing offers, and onboarding to fill open job requisition. You will be an active participant in the greater Talent Acquisition team and will assist with projects, initiatives, and hiring events. As one of the faces of Unifi, you will represent the culture and brand while providing and exceptional candidate experience.

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that competitive candidates that meet or exceed specific qualifications are presented to hiring managers for open positions.
  • Continuously build and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with department leaders, hiring managers and cross-functional partners to best meet the recruiting need of the business.
  • Initiate requisitions and conduct partner strategy meetings with hiring managers for specialized roles
  • Assist with the creation of a sourcing strategy.
  • Conduct telephone, individual and group interviews and successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against timelines.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition process through accurate record keeping, reporting, and updating interview guides and position expectations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to connect and create relationships with ease.
  • Great computer and phone operating skills and presence.
  • Ability to facilitate presentations in front of large groups and executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of the airline industry.
  • Ability to handle the end-to-end recruiting process with minor supervision.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, printer, and phone.
  • May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
