The core responsibilities of this role include: Maintaining accurate inventory records while performing cycle counts in a timely manner, assisting with damage and verifying over/short inbounds.

Position: Second (2nd) Shift Inventory Control Clerk
Shift: Hours TBD
Pay: $21.25 per hour, Plus $1 shift differential

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Ability to navigate & understand the RF system and screens. Good Written & verbal communication skills. Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules. Ability to read understand, and follow directions/instructions. Work knowledge of WMS system and equipment. Experience 6-12 months warehouse experience and 6-12 months forklift operation experience.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain inventory records.
  • Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
  • Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
  • Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
  • Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.
Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
  • Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
