Security Officer Position At Specialized Protective Services (SPS)

Compensation starting rates:

• ON SITE SECURITY (Varies by locations) $16.50 to $17.50 (Unarmed)
• $18.00 to $22.00 (Armed)
• $20.00+ DOE (Armed Supervisor)
• $20.00 to $21.00 (ATM Escort Armed Security) (Mileage is added onto hourly rate, earning more)

Requirements:

• Have reliable transportation
• Have an open availability to work (including weekends)
• Current permit or license to work in security
• Current driver's license / ID or passport
• Current weapon or CCW permit (If applying for an armed position)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Be able to pass random drug testing
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to speak a 2nd language is a plus
• Good driving record (if applying for patrol or supervision positions, no DUI's)
• Have a great personality and able to work with others
• Be willing to learn new techniques and technologies
